Community leaders serving first responder wellness.

E-Well Lifeline is guided by board members with experience across law enforcement, EMS, victim services, nonprofit leadership, behavioral health advocacy, and community care. Together, they help protect the mission: confidential mental wellness and trauma support for Idaho first responders.

E-Well Lifeline's board and program leadership bring together public safety, fire service, healthcare, victim advocacy, nonprofit development, and community leadership. Their combined perspective helps ensure the program stays grounded, confidential, trauma-informed, and responsive to the real needs of EMS, firefighters, law enforcement, dispatchers, search and rescue, Quick Response Units, and their families.

Brent Wright

Law Enforcement Leadership

Brent Wright is a Police Captain with the City of Twin Falls Police Department, where he provides operational leadership and supports department-wide efforts focused on community safety and professionalism in public service.

With almost 28 years of law enforcement experience across patrol and investigative assignments, Brent understands the cumulative stress and unique challenges first responders face. He is committed to advancing practical, stigma-free mental health resources for police, fire, EMS, dispatch, and their families.

James Rhom

Mobile Integrated Health & EMS

James Rhom serves as the Manager of Mobile Integrated Health for St. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls, Idaho. A Paramedic since 2010, he has worked across clinical and leadership settings in both public and private sectors.

James advocates for integrating paramedicine with behavioral health, public safety, and community-based care. His work emphasizes whole-person well-being, psychological safety, resilience, and supportive working environments for Paramedics and EMTs.

Lori Stewart

Victim Services & Mental Health Advocacy

Lori Stewart is the Victim's Assistance Coordinator and Public Information Officer for the Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office. She has provided victim services in Twin Falls for 28 years, responding on scene, assisting individuals through the criminal justice system, and connecting people with resources after trauma.

Lori also created Magic Valley Suicide Awareness and Prevention in 2019, a local nonprofit providing free counseling in an effort to reduce suicide in the Magic Valley. She is passionate about mental health, wellness, and trauma-informed support for local first responders.

Mandy Jo Archer

Nonprofit Leadership & Community Service

Mandy Jo Archer is an Idaho native whose heart is rooted in service and community. She is the Founder and President of QRU Nonprofit Organization and serves on numerous local nonprofit boards while actively volunteering throughout the community.

Raised in an emergency responder family connected to police, fire, EMS, and military service, Mandy's commitment to first responder wellness is deeply personal. Her background in business management, digital marketing, nonprofit leadership, and community fundraising helps amplify causes that matter.

Mike Harrison

Fire Service Leadership

Mike Harrison serves as Fire Chief for the City of Jerome Fire Department, where he is dedicated to protecting the community through strong leadership, professional service, and public safety excellence.

With years of fire service experience, Chief Harrison is committed to supporting firefighter development, emergency preparedness, and community partnerships. He is also passionate about helping first responders access stigma-free mental health resources and promoting wellness within the emergency services profession.

Janice Degner

Program Coordinator

Janice Degner supports E-Well Lifeline as Program Coordinator, helping keep the program organized, responsive, and connected to the first responders and community partners it serves.
