Our mission is to strengthen the mental health and trauma resilience of emergency responders. We help connect responders with practical tools and compassionate care so they can continue serving their communities while protecting their own well-being.
Accelerated Resolution Therapeutic Technique
A trauma support option that does not require retelling every detail.
Accelerated Resolution Therapeutic Technique, often called ART, can help people process distressing experiences by changing how traumatic images are stored and recalled. For first responders, that matters: support can begin without having to explain the hardest parts out loud.
How It Works
Simple steps. Confidential care.
Asking for help should not feel complicated. E-Well Lifeline keeps the process clear, private, and focused on getting Idaho first responders connected with the right support.
How It Works
1.
Reach Out
Call, text, or email when you are ready to start.
2.
Schedule Privately
You are assigned an ID number to help protect anonymity.
3.
Three Sessions
Up to three ART sessions and three restorative wellness sessions may be available.
4.
Follow-Up Support
We check in so support does not end the moment a session does.
Restorative Wellness
Recovery support for the body, mind, and nervous system.
E-Well Lifeline combines Accelerated Resolution Therapeutic Technique with restorative wellness options that can help responders reset after intense calls, long shifts, and accumulated stress.
Our program is built on the feedback and testimony of responders that these services work well when combined on the same day, and with more than one recommended treatment. Independent services are also available and beneficial.

Questions First Responders Ask
Clear answers before you reach out.
Is E-Well Lifeline confidential?
Yes. Confidential scheduling and an assigned ID number help protect your privacy throughout the process.
Do I have to talk through the trauma in detail?
No. ART is non-content oriented, which means support can happen without requiring you to describe traumatic memories aloud in detail.
Who is eligible for support?
E-Well Lifeline serves EMS, firefighters, law enforcement, dispatchers, search and rescue, and Quick Response Units across Idaho Region 5.
Can funding help cover services?
Funding for E-Well Lifeline services may be available, including ART sessions and restorative wellness services for eligible first responders.
Can spouses or immediate family members receive support?
Funds may be available for spouses or immediate family members on a case-by-case basis. E-Well Lifeline recognizes that the family behind the responder can also feel and carry the impact of trauma.
